2012 will be an exciting year with big sports events like EURO 2012 (European Championship) and the London Olympics. A sports summer with much emotion, winners and losers.

Many major brands have contracts with athletes, sports teams and sporting events. It’s about millions. Why? Because sport lives in the minds of people it lives in the minds of sports brands.

Do we like sports?
dBOD has a sporty side. Yes, we do. We are very curious about the way humans, design and sport intertwine. This sports year we look for the connection between sport, branding and design. We’ll publish our ideas on our theme site Sport & Branding, kicking it off with the colorful presentation about fans, athletes and the power of color.
